Drawings, designs, cost estimates, consultancy reports, and related documents will be delivered via email, secure cloud sharing, or our platform.

In special cases, hard copies may be couriered to the client’s address. Courier/delivery charges will be borne by the client.

For services requiring physical presence (e.g., site visits, inspections, or meetings), delivery timelines will be coordinated directly with the client.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work, as mentioned on each service page or client agreement.

Digital deliverables are typically shared within 3–10 working days, unless otherwise specified.

Project-based deliverables follow the schedule defined in the service contract.
3. Delays in Delivery

Force Majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions).

4. Tracking of Deliverables
