At Rhythm ConPro, we value your trust and aim to provide clarity regarding cancellations and refunds for our services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Nature of Services

  • Our services include construction consultancy, project management support, design assistance, cost estimation, and related digital/technical services.

  • Since many of our services are professional, digital, or customized in nature, they may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Commencement:
    Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking/payment if the service has not yet been started.

  • After Service Commencement:
    Once work (consultation, drawings, reports, site visits, estimates, etc.) has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Project-Based Services:
    Long-term or project-based services are bound by individual agreements/contracts, and cancellation terms will follow those agreements.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to product/service specifications and the FAQs provided on each service page.

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is approved before service commencement (within 24 hours).

  • Partial Refund: In cases where partial work has been delivered, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable service charges.

  • No Refund: Once complete service or deliverables (designs, estimates, reports, or consultancy) have been shared.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered in full.

  • Delay in project delivery due to client’s own inaction, incomplete information, or non-cooperation.

  • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
