At Rhythm ConPro, most of our offerings are construction consultancy and digital services. Since we are not an e-commerce company, our “Shipping Policy” refers to the delivery of services, reports, and project documents rather than physical goods.


1. Mode of Delivery

  • Digital Services & Reports:

    • Drawings, designs, cost estimates, consultancy reports, and related documents will be delivered via email, secure cloud sharing, or our platform.

  • Physical Documents (if requested):

    • In special cases, hard copies may be couriered to the client’s address. Courier/delivery charges will be borne by the client.

  • On-Site Services:

    • For services requiring physical presence (e.g., site visits, inspections, or meetings), delivery timelines will be coordinated directly with the client.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of work, as mentioned on each service page or client agreement.

  • Digital deliverables are typically shared within 3–10 working days, unless otherwise specified.

  • Project-based deliverables follow the schedule defined in the service contract.


3. Delays in Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may extend due to:

    • Incomplete or delayed input from the client.

    • Force Majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions).

    • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

  • In such cases, clients will be notified promptly.


4. Tracking of Deliverables

  • For digital deliverables, clients will receive confirmation via email once the files are shared.

  • For physical shipments, tracking details (courier/consignment number) will be provided where applicable.
